Information Security Basic Policy

SynTopic Inc. (hereinafter, "the Company") recognizes the protection of all information assets handled through our business activities from disclosure, falsification, loss, and all other threats as a prerequisite for business continuity. In order to meet the trust of our customers and society, the Company commits to information security company-wide based on the following policy.
1. Management Responsibility
The Company, under the leadership of the Representative Director, positions information security efforts as a management issue and strives to continuously improve and advance its implementation organization-wide.
2. Establishment of Management System
The Company shall establish an in-house system to maintain and improve information security, establish regulations and rules necessary for its operation, and ensure company-wide compliance.
3. Employee Efforts
The Company's officers and employees shall continuously acquire necessary knowledge and skills regarding information security and ensure their consistent implementation in day-to-day operations.
4. Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Contractual Obligations
The Company shall comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Act on Protection of Personal Information, regulations, and contractual obligations to our customers, and shall meet customer expectations.
5. Response to Incidents and Prevention of Recurrence
In the event of an information security incident, legal violation, or breach of contract, the Company shall promptly identify the facts and take appropriate measures, while endeavoring to analyze the cause and implement preventive measures against recurrence.
